Cancellation Policy

Introduction

We know that plans can change. At City Star Limo, we aim to keep our cancellation rules simple and fair. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work, so there are no surprises.

How to Cancel

The sooner we know, the better we can adjust our schedule and reassign vehicles.

Cancellation Windows

48 hours or more before your booking: Cancel free of charge. You will receive a full refund if payment has already been made.

Between 24 and 48 hours before your booking: A partial refund of 50% will be issued.

Less than 24 hours before your booking: The full fare will be charged, and no refund will be available.

No-show or last-minute cancellation: If our driver arrives at your pickup point and you are not there, the full fare will be applied.

Special Considerations

We understand that emergencies happen. If you must cancel due to illness, family emergency, or other urgent reasons, please let us know. Each case will be reviewed individually, and at our discretion, we may offer a refund or credit.

Refund Process

Refunds are returned to the original payment method used when booking. Processing time depends on your bank or credit card provider, but it usually takes between 5 and 10 business days.

Booking Changes

Need to adjust your booking instead of canceling? Contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes like time, date, or destination. Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be treated as cancellations.

Group and Event Bookings

For weddings, corporate events, or group transportation, different cancellation rules may apply. These will be shared at the time of booking and included in your service agreement.

Why We Have These Rules

Our vehicles and chauffeurs are reserved just for you. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows prevent us from serving other customers and lead to lost time and costs. Our cancellation rules are designed to:

  • Protect our drivers’ schedules and earnings.
  • Ensure our service stays reliable for everyone.
  • Balance fairness between customers and our team.

Responsibility of the Customer

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate contact information, pickup location, and timing. Failure to do so may be treated as a no-show.

Weather or Company Cancellations

In rare cases, if City Star Limo must cancel due to severe weather, vehicle breakdown, or other unexpected issues, we will notify you as soon as possible. In these situations, a full refund will be issued, or we will reschedule at your convenience.
